Stelling & Associates Architects, Ltd. as Architect of Record, worked with a team of consultants and other professionals to complete this six-story mixed use building. The General Capital Group and Joseph Property Development building of 183,500 square feet is located in part of a multi-building development in Shorewood, Wisconsin. The structure has five stories of wood frame construction above a non-combustible first floor and lower level.
