ARCHITECT III

STATUS: Full-Time (60 Day Trial Period)

EDUCATION: Technical Degree in Architecture or Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s of Architecture Degree (preferred)

LICENSE: Architectural License

EXPERIENCE: 8 – 10 Years

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Stelling & Associates Architects, Ltd. is looking to fill a team member position in our growing firm.  The candidate best suited for this position is someone who is a leader, a team player and excited about the field of architecture’s future.  This new team member will be responsible for leading major projects with minimal supervision; giving direction on a project to other team members, along with teaching them important architectural skills.  It is imperative that this team member can communicate with clients, consultants and other staff.  They have an understanding of design techniques exterior and interior for both commercial and residential projects.

A successful candidate must be able to communicate their technical skills to other team members.  The ability to research and learn new software upgrades is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Project Management
  • 3D Modeling / Rendering of Schematic and Preliminary Designs
  • Understanding of Modern Design Concepts
  • Client Communications – ability to maintain positive client relationships
  • Capability to Listening to Clients’ Needs and Wants and then translate into Schematic Design Ideas and the finished product

  • Experience in Developing Construction Documents

TECHNICAL SKILLS- PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING

  • AutoCAD  –  2013 or higher (minimum)
  • Autodesk Revit – 2013 or higher (preferred)
  • SketchUp or Equivalent Rendering Software
  • Adobe  Software
  • Microsoft Office Suite:  Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to ever changing software programs

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

STATUS: Full-Time (60 Day Trial Period)

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s of Architecture Degree (preferred)

EXPERIENCE: 2 – 5 Years

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Stelling & Associates Architects, Ltd. is looking to fill a team member position in our growing firm.  The candidate best suited for this position is someone who is creative, imaginative and current in modern design concepts.  This new team member will be responsible for taking direction from a project manager/architect to create schematic and preliminary ideas/drawings to present to clients with a 3D Model and/or Rendering.  It is imperative that this team member has an understanding of design techniques exterior and interior for both commercial and residential projects.

A successful candidate must be able to communicate their technical skills to other team members.  The ability to research and learn new software upgrades is essential.

Stelling & Associates Architects, Ltd. is looking to fill a team member position in our growing firm.  The candidate best suited is someone who wants to refine their skills in the technical aspects of Architecture and a person willing to stay current with ever changing software.  This new team member will be responsible for taking direction from a project manager/architect’s schematic and preliminary ideas/drawings and working with the team in creating construction documents with supervision.

A successful candidate must be able to communicate their technical skills to other team members.  The ability to research and learn new software upgrades is essential.

Stelling & Associates Architects, Ltd. is looking to fill an Architectural Intern team member position in our growing firm.  The candidate best suited for this position is an unlicensed architecture school graduate with their Master’s Degree.   The candidate will develop design or technical solutions under supervision of an architect/project manager to create needed documents for clients including but not limited to Construction Documents.  This position is geared toward a person looking to accumulate the hours needed to take their exams and become a licensed architect.  Stelling & Associates Architects, Ltd. is looking for a candidate who is driven and excited to expand their knowledge in all phases of architecture, along with learning the business side of an architectural firm.
